But you can al...I don't know of any specific panel. But you can always simply submit an individual paper proposal. I've only ever done that. MPSA panels are well conceptualized, and you'll be placed on an interesting panel. <BR/><BR/>One of the things I like about the MPSA conference is that panels are often thematic, rather than "region" based. So you may find yourself on a panel dealing w/ judicial politics in other regions beyond merely Latin America.
